Who I'm I
My passion is coaching leaders who want to align their inner values with their outer impact. For over 40 years, I have worked in international humanitarian development - beginning at the grassroots at a medical mission post in northern Kenya. For the past 15 years serving in a regional leadership role in Nairobi for a U.S.-based anti-hunger NGO. Along the way, I became increasingly aware that everything depends on wise, grounded leadership—and how often that was missing.
Coaching became my response. What began as a tool for developing myself and my staff grew into a calling and a lifelong passion. I bring to coaching a rich background in real-world, cross-cultural leadership and a deeply personal journey of spiritual and personal transformation. I know what it is to navigate change, wrestle with big questions, and search for deeper meaning. My approach is rooted in compassion, deep listening, and honouring the sacred uniqueness of your life’s path. In our time together, you’ll find a safe and attentive space where clarity can emerge and lasting transformation can take root.

Profile
Industry experience and Background
For the last 25 years, I have served international NGOs through my Leadership positions by shaping Organizations and individuals through transformational processes. As soon as I was trained as a CELC, I introduced the coaching culture in the organisation with passion and commitment through the HR department. This resulted in improved performance and maximized our impact in the communities where we worked. I am a strategic Leader and compassionate about the growth and development of others to bring out their maximal potential. I have a history of long-term cross-cultural work and life experience and can hold peace and stability during insecure and unknown seasons, which has built trust and stability for those around me.
I have a medical background and was in Management positions of various Medical Community based programs in Kenya and South Sudan. Following my MA in Community Health and Management, I was in a senior Leadership position for the last 14 years for an international NGO where I had oversight of Regional Countries in East Africa for development programs that were addressing nutrition, water, health education and livelihood. Since November 2021 I exited full-time work and currently, I am running my own consultancy as a Leadership Coach. In addition, I joined CDI as a facilitator/trainer for Global Program Coach (GPC) training programs.
